At the proposal stage for the FIMEXVN 30-Year Special Edition, I defined key themes that reflected the company’s legacy and future vision.
Based on these themes, I developed three cover concepts. All were well received, and the client selected my second direction - “Honoring 30 Years.”
The concept places the number 30 at the center, acting as a symbolic frame for the company’s 30-year journey. Inside the number are visual elements representing FIMEXVN’s core activities and 7 value chains.
The composition opens toward the ocean horizon, symbolizing both past achievements and the vision for the next 40–50 years.
This publication spans 160 pages and was completed in nearly one month - a tight timeline for a two-person team.
Within that period, I also spent 7days researching FIMEXVN’s seven value chains to develop a meaningful cover concept.
While there were still details we wished we could refine further, we successfully delivered a final product that captured the client’s key messages and met all essential requirements.
The book was handed over on schedule, with enough time for review and adjustments before large-scale printing.
Most importantly, we received positive feedback from the client - which made the intense process truly worthwhile.
